Hathway is very worst ISP, I have seen.
I lost my very important project because of worst service provided by Hathway.
But once it happened that net goes down for 2 day, I think its some issue within hub and will be rectified shortly, so I didn’t complain, but, after 3 day as issue haven’t been rectified so I complained, the executive told me that it will resolve in 24hr but even after 24hr problem haven’t rectified.
I have online appointment with my client who is living abroad, this client was going to give me 10 dollar for the task, because of my offline availablity, she was unavailable to contact me. Thats why I lost my project.
Hathway only provide pre-paid connection, after they take money, they stop giving you response what I have felt.
I request you if u lives in metro city in India, then Don’t choose Hathway there are many other isp .
I have unsatisfied with Hathway, I know many other people also faces the same problem.
