Hello members I have Hathway digital cable service at home. I repent every now and then for buying their service as there are frequent interruptions in transmissions due to cable breakage and/or power failures. Whenever their service is up, we get poor quality of transmission and sound quality also equally bad. To launch a complaint, you have to visit their office personally. You cannot do it over the phone as nobody responds to phone calls. And if you are lucky to get a response to your call, its of no use as complaints are hardly resolved and you don’t even get complaint registration number. In short, there is no customer care and service at Hathway Cables. Their office is one of shabbiest office I had been. They don’t even have proper and neat signboard outside their office. To match the office exterior and interior, their staff is utterly unprofessional. Thank you
