If there is an award for the worst service in all categories I would definitely nominate HATHWAY, first of all the service and speed is worst, we always need to call their customer care saying my net is down, they will do something to activate and within an hour the story repeats.
At last after suffering this pain for four months I opted to disconnect in June2010 and they took 4 months to process my security deposit refund that too only after multiple escalations.
Now the ball moved to their billing department, which has couriered my cheque without any address or phone number on it, I think now I need to start following up with this dept.
I guess they had a policy through out the company saying "recruit the worst", thats why none of their folks are capable of doing things right.
I would suggest all of you to keep away from this worst service provider.
