I, customer of Hathway faced disconnection issues many times and had to do lot of efforts to get the service back.
Now again I am facing the issue. In spite of payment in advance, still the service was discontinued. I have raised so many complaints and written even to nodal office Delhi ncr, still the services are not activated which has caused lot of inconvenience to me and hampered my official work a lot. Really pathetic service. I won’t recommend any body of using Hathway.
Now I have asked for cancellation of connection and still I am not getting any response.
