I m using hathway broadband from last 2 month living in nehru vihar . I have chosen the plan which provides me the speed of 5 mbps but instead of that speed it only provides 500 kbps . The connection reliabilities are very poor as first of all speed is not so good , second the wifi can stop for 4-5 hrs daily and then you have register complain and then wait for someone to solve your problem. The coustmer care number is so busy that you have to try for hours to talk to them . I m not happy with their coustmer support services.
