Hathway has found an indirect way of making more money by fleecing the customer. They have given a measly download limit for the internet connection. To add insult to injury what every you actually use and what they display as your usage have no connection. Their usage log is always much more higher than your real usage. Sometimes as high as three times the usage.
Further around the end of the month, when you want to check your usage to keep the usage within limits, hathway’s usage details server is always down. If you are not very sure of of your usage either you underuse or overuse. If you overuse each extra MB is billed at Rs. 2! nice business model for hathway !! CUSTOMERS BEWARE
Earlier hathway was the lone cable based broadband isp in chennai. not so anymore. Better choices are available. Time for hathway to take notice of their poor customer service, ridiculous download limit and provide a proper customer oriented service.
