Hathway theratening me to raised Legal complaint against me without any pre-intimation to Give back Modem.
I have told them several times to disconnect the prepaid network and take back modem but they just ignored every time.
The Legal person from Hathway Delhi called me today(10.30AM) and threatened me to submit Modem today by 3PM otherwise he will file case and move the file and ask me to come to Delhi court.
I called Hathaway customer care(Customer care request# 04122018W500113) and they said that the Guy will come to collect modem before 3PM today but he is not yet turn around.
I again called customer care 8 times but no one have answer to tell to legal person.
Now, Legal guy is threatening me and no one from Hathway wants to talk to him.
Legal guy is saying he wont care what hath-way is saying.If you don’t give modem by 5pm he will file a case.
When I ask them address to give modem they saying we will come and collect .
Both are from same company and harassing me in different ways.
The Guy did not came yet to collect modem after several request.
This is really pathetic & horrible.
I request dont go with Hathway.
