I installed hathway broadband at my home as someone nearby recommended me that the internet is very fast and I should try using it.
I called up the authorized person and he set up everything at my house.
Initially when he showed me the internet speed it was 45mbps and also the internet speed was fair enough both upload and download.
Then just after a week the internet started to show problems it abruptly stops working and the wifi says connected but no internet connectivity, This pisses off me a lot as I am in a middle of something important and the internet just stops working.
The speed also diminished although on the speed test it show 20 mbps both upload and download but I could feel that the speed was less than 1 mbps, and sometimes the speed comes in kb as it takes hell a lot of time to just open the homepage.
The guy who recommended me also agreed that he is also facing the problem and we together approached their office and the person said we will look into the matter.
1 month has passed and no sign of correction in internet speed is their. I will not be recharging their broadband again as my experience with hathway was just pathetic.
Their internet is slow and not at all reliable I would not recommend anyone to install their broadband! \
