Am a hathway customer for almost 1 year now.Initial stages very good connection.Speed does cross 50 Mbps. After few months(few means 2-3 months) below problem.
Frequent disconnection
Always some server down excuse and don’t work for whole day.
Absolutely useless if you use it for VPN connection. As I need VPN connection and it doesn’t work well or sometimes at all.
Technical department doesn’t have technical knowledge atleast to understand problem. If you use it for youtube only. Then go ahead, its ideal for you.
