My Account is 1133748091 and I have not got refund of my security deposit of Rs400/- though the hathway support team has said that investigation is underway for more than 3 months. I have once got a response from support that its against their policy to refund if you are not 3 year old customer. I have repeatedly mentioned in the emails that I am using their service for 3.3 years now.
I am not sure why they have these excuses which are illogical and irrelevant. I am upset with the customer support I have got from is pathetic.
I have a chain of email which is enough for me to sue the company for compensation.
I will give this opportunity to resolve the issue or else face the consequence.
