Let me open first by telling you I’ve tried Tikona, In2net, various dongles, Vodafone dongles, tata dongles, Reliance and much more but so far this is the only one I could trust on a long term basis.
Just during the rainy seasons u might find a little or at some places very large fluctuations in network resulting in on and off of your modem or router, but my advise is call them once or twice and after that being done make sure you get a complaint number from them.
At times it does happen that the complaint gets resolved from their end but we are still facing the same problem so call them once again and make sure that it’s not that way and u r still facing it.
And if the point number 2 doesn’t work then go in their head office and make an official complaint which they won’t let you do as u have visited personally and the engineer will come with you to resolve the issue.
The above problems with Hathway were before the last 2 years, I’m using Hathway now, just 2 complaints in 2 years so far, they say it will be resolved in a day or 48 hours but it doesn’t take that much time, your complaint gets resolved within an hour or maximum two.
Now my experience with others were way more violent which is less described the better, abuses, notices, bills of 80k from some of these companies( except Hathway) when I opted for a scheme for Rs.580/month.
First of all if you reside in Kandivali take it without any second thoughts, the network is amazing the download speed is till 50mbps for the first 25gb but when you get 50mbps the download is limited to 25gb but let me tell you I get a speed of 40mbps and I don’t even know how much of torrents of sitcoms I download daily.
Before you go for any Internet service provider please check that which one works in your area as the best with least complaints because every company has some or the other issue, but if you are a resident of kandivali borivali or malad or maybe till bhayander as far as I know just close your eyes and go for it, it had a great speed and great network, of course you need to pay for it but then if you are getting an uninterrupted service forever why worry.
Never go for yearly packages of any company they might drop dead anytime but not Hathway.
With little tolerance and very little complaints this one is the best in the region I mentioned. Go for it
