I have been using Hathway for the past 5+ years. Their internet speed are good and they deliver as per promise. Their customer support team is quite decent in addressing customer concerns.
However, one area which is pathetic and needs to be addressed is their sales team. The team calls up and also SMSs offers for renewal, but does not action on it.
It is good to assume that they are doing this for namesake. If you ask them to email the offer to your registered email ID, they do not do so despite agreeing. If you call back the mobile number the offer is SMS from, it is never picked or switched off. It appears to be a pure marketing gimmick.
When you call them and address this concern, the staff lacks the decency to apologize and make amends.For this unprofessional reason alone, I do not trust them.
