I took hathway broadband from my house internet connection and I took the 50mbps plan but never have I ever got the 50mbps speed I was informed later on that my area is only eligible for a maximum of 15mbps and even thogh I was paying for the 50mbps plan I had 8-12mbps of average speed and the service is also very bad and its too over priced there are many better broadbands out there but this is not worth at all.
