Last one Year I got Hathway broadband connection with 50mbps after that package it made history of worst.
When I first took it with 50 mbps for 1 year and 1 mpnth later I faced extrimly issued in tatkal ticket booking time that shown no internet connection in the broad band some how I visit to nearly hathway broadcuster who made me that then he fixed that problem but My ticket not got confirmed due to hathway.
After 1 month I got another connection lost signal when I publishing my video on youtube and video got stop to upload. I contact same brodcuster and they told me that took help from official hathway broadband becuase they can’t do anything for me.
After that I connect to called to the customer care and customer representative doesn’t understand my problem , always she told me to contact nearly broad customer what I had visited before after that I told her to transfer the call to senior representative , she disconnect that call, I called them 35 time but I can’t become satisfied.
And 50mbs not got, always seen 6 mbps nearby.
Some how I Tolerate that and some days ago I took bsnl broadband which has made me Awesome.
