Worst Customer Service

Never take Hathway connection and make your life struggle. Here is my worst experience with them. I registered for their pre-paid connection and they collected cheque for Rs.800 at the spot.  they promised to start service within 48hrs. They took 1 week to wire the cable after making hell lot of calls.  After one week the connection didn’t work. I caled their customer service morethan 100 times. I donno whether they paid bill for their. Whenever I make the call it got disonnected exactly after 3 seconds. Think they might be having their own connection. Finally I got the line once.


They answered me that my package is not renewed. I really shocked and told them that I got connection just 1 week back. Finally they gave me another number to enquire about renewal. Don’t have words to scold them after making 25 calls again with same disconnection problem. They told me this is not the number for renewal enquiry to contact and transferred line. But it got disconnected again. what a bad experience again? But I’m trying still..:( Because I paid money. Please don’t do the mistake of taking connection with Hathway.
