Hathway Internet BAD Connection and BAD Speed.

I took M/s Hathway Internet Broadband Services from January 2015. They told me to pay 3 months advance amount for 50Mbps Speed with 25GB data FUP/M. From day one, I am facing INCONSISTENCY in connection as well as speed.

  1. I usually get not more than 23Mbps speed Max. Never experienced complete 50Mbps.

  2. In a day, at least ONCE, there will be a breakdown in internet connection.

  3. Minimum time taken to restore connection back is 2/3 hours.

  4. On daily basis, SPEED varies from 15Mbps to 23Mbps. Even this 23Mbps is Inconsistent.

  5. Customer Service - not a Toll Free number. You end up paying Land Line charges.

  6. Getting connected to Customer Service takes minimum 7 minutes in average.

  7. Any amount of Email to Helpdesk Office gets No Reply. I may say average 1:10.

  8. Means, you may get 1 reply for average 10 Emails you write.

  9. Last but not the least, getting DEPOSIT Refund is another story by itself.

Very Bad Services. Pathetic Services. These are my Personal Experience. I am disgusted.
