I took M/s Hathway Internet Broadband Services from January 2015. They told me to pay 3 months advance amount for 50Mbps Speed with 25GB data FUP/M. From day one, I am facing INCONSISTENCY in connection as well as speed.
I usually get not more than 23Mbps speed Max. Never experienced complete 50Mbps.
In a day, at least ONCE, there will be a breakdown in internet connection.
Minimum time taken to restore connection back is 2/3 hours.
On daily basis, SPEED varies from 15Mbps to 23Mbps. Even this 23Mbps is Inconsistent.
Customer Service - not a Toll Free number. You end up paying Land Line charges.
Getting connected to Customer Service takes minimum 7 minutes in average.
Any amount of Email to Helpdesk Office gets No Reply. I may say average 1:10.
Means, you may get 1 reply for average 10 Emails you write.
Last but not the least, getting DEPOSIT Refund is another story by itself.
Very Bad Services. Pathetic Services. These are my Personal Experience. I am disgusted.
