Hi friends I used this service late last year.
Before that I have not really used any kind of internet broadband service so when I saw their promotional brochures I found it good with healthy speed of 10 mbps at a reasonable cost
So I somehow started the service for 750 rs per month and I used it as a direct LAN connection to my laptop instead of a modem
After a week I noticed that the connection was being broken every now and then and the speed was not the same as it was at the time of installation.
So I made a call to the customer support but they told me that it is an internal fault and it would be resolved next morning.
I waited till the next evening and only after that they came and resolved the issue.
U used this service for 1 month and I encountered so many problems in that period
Although the support was fine but The service was never reliable as I got stuck many times. Never used it again.
