I am using this since last one year, 512 kbps unlimited package, speed as they said will be 512 divided by 8 which is around 54 kbps download speed.

Yes but if you compare with someone else like mtnl broadband which wil give you a fluctuating speed with disconnection also, der r advantages and disadvantages.sometimes speed may reach 200kb/s and sometimes it wud be 20kb/s, depends on people choice.
while hathway has got a steady speed, as mine is 512 kbps unlimited, as I said download speed is steady 54 kbps+/- 2 kbps.
I am from Dombivli area using hathway.
