I havent seen such a third class service provider, who does not understand the problem of the customer. 5 tickets in a span of 1 week and no solution till date, just harassment of customers.
The upload has stopped at 0.8 and I am unable to work on any of my business applications from home. If you cannot solve the issue, then please take your connection back and refund the money to the customer. We pay you in advance and this is how you treat your customers, your backend team is the most hopeless team I have ever seen, they should be thrown out of their jobs, they solve the issue for 4-5 hours and its back to the same.
