Hey readers, i’m gonna tell you my experience of hathway connection, I still remember the day I got my connection how excited I was to get an internet connection, and how can I forget those calls that I got over and over since the day I enquired an inquiry there, I kid you not I got like 2-3 calls a day asking to install the connection, I said them I want some time to think, but no they force us to have connection, somehow I got convinced and got the connection installed, I got a plan of 5 mbps for 800 rs, where they said ill get 1 month free, if I pay for 3 months together, they promised that this is the best connection and if I have any issue I can call them anytime and they will come and resolve it in no time, but once I got my connection, they dont even bother to listen to me, and believe me this connection have the worst time down any net can have, theyll have their server down atleast once a day, and some times even for day or two and when ever you call the customer care they are like ya yaa we are sending the technician an resolve it, they never come, even if they come they come after like 9-10 hours, and they also have the speed issue, other drawback is that it does not even provide us the unlimited plans all the plans are fup plans they say that it is unlimited plans, but thats not true all the plans are FUP that is after certain limit it gets slow the speed gets slow and decreased to 1 or 2 mbps for 5 mbps plan and they are worst vwhen it comes to solving the issues, worst service to have for your home, and even worse if youre using oe installing it for your office use not at all recommended.

ill suggest yopu take this connection on your own risk I got stucked and im sure gonna change my connection once my paid period gets over, not at all good to take this connection for your home if you have more than 3 users at yopur home your spped would get distributed, id suggest you people to take any local isp for your home connection and the main benifit of that is that they provide it for really cheap not at alll costly as these guys provide you,
