Well guys, I am back again to share some more experiences and express my thougts (PS: Please read this as: I am back again to kick your brains out :-) he he he)

Now it has been approximately 6 months since I have been shifted to Hathway by my LCO. Trying to keep the things short and precise here is my feedback on Hathway:
# Downtime: Again I repeat my old statement that lot depends on your LCO since this is the person who provides last leg of connectivity and in most cases (like mine is the only point of contact). The downtime has increased and there have been more times when the connection was not available. Overall uptime is around 80 %. I feel frequent power cuts in my area add to this.
# Speed: Good
# Service: Satisfactory. The LCO guy is quick to respond to the complaints.
The hathway has stopped its online customer account service using which you were able to check your account status. Is there anything fishy about this?
