Hathway has become better than the last time I checked in fact the have enabled port forwarding however speed s yet pretty slow and service and support is bad majority of the time I have logged on and waited online for a cse (customer service executive) to assists to find out my call gets disconnected after 15 mins...but the connection reliability is heavily increased damn rarely has the net died and even if does it’s not for more than 2hrs....unless another faster, more reliable internet access doesnt show up I will have to stick to this....
As all the others have cons in price, speed, and majorly on reliability...in my book I wold give it 2.5 / 5unless ur a person who doesnt demands speed you should not have a problem with this....but if ur like me then u’ll have to wait on your comp while your net is occupied....hopefully they work on their speed next.....
