Poor conxn, low speed , poor service are always the key features of hathway
At night time the do’ld speed wud be about 20 kbps for a 512 kbps cnxn.
Also do’ld speed in torrentz is very poor and is abt 3 kbps.what are the engineers doing?
The thing tat irritated me the most was that at morning(free time ) the cable wud not be stabilised, i
have to phone them give my code , add.., etc... only to tell that there is a cable unstability.
please don’t ever put hathway in ur life or gotta get ur life in trouble.Hathway is a trademark of worst customer service(Most of the time the phone is engaged) , poor cnxn, and very verylow do’ld speeds worser than a dial up.
so don’t give a sec to ur mind to think on hathway.
Don’t ever think that they will remember ur complaints and solve them.They are just there to spend their time in an office.Its my kind advice to u not to be taken away with their words .They are land pirates.
