I used hathway internet for almost 6 months.
When I bought this connection, there were only two internet provider in my area, and I chose this one because of cheap internet plans.
I called the number given in the pamplet. I called in the afternoon for the connection and with half an hour a representative was at my door step to collect the installation fee and for other formalities. He took 5 minutes to complete the form and then gave me payment receipt and said it would be installed by evening.
I wait till next morning but neither anyone came nor received any call. I had to call 10-15 times, then they installed it.
About services:- Initially speed was good for almost a month and did not face any challenges but gradually speed it lost its speed. then it started to lost its connection and sometimes it was off for 2-3 days in a week.
Support:- Everytime I had issues with the it I had to call 5-6 times, then they used to send an engineer.
