Worst in all areas. Service, customer care, speed everything is worst. I am using a plan of 2&4mbps but the speed which I am getting is in kbps. In starting of the month they’ll provide expected speed but soon u’ll get speed in kbps. Also they have the policy of advance payment. Once payment is done they donot care about customers
They keep opening complains when you call and without resolving the isssue thwy will close your request.See the screenshot which shows the speed I am getting.
