I lived in Bangalore before COVID till March 2019, currently I am living in my hometown Salem, Tamilnadu. I was using Hathway broadband connection when I lived in Bangalore for around 3 years approx from 2015 to 2018, later switched to a new internet connection.
After these many years, I am getting calls from hathway customer care asking to recharge or renew the plan. Hathway is not providing service in Salem, Tamilnadu. I asked also requested them to deactivate my account as I have moved to a new place. Every time they tell we will update but in the next 30 min I get another call asking to renew.
Shocking thing is the number of calls you get in a day. I have shared the screenshot of my call log. I have got nearly 8 calls within one and half hours from hathway. Its really upsetting. My privacy and my personal space is been ruined by hathway. This is completely nuisance. Having such a huge business, I request hathway to deactivate my account. If possible kindly check my call records I have with hathway.
I humbly request to Hathway to relieve me from its torture. I cant bare this.
