Please do not take the Hathway broadband connection, the internet connection is always down.
None of the executives will respond to your calls after the account is active. They will only respond until you are their customer.
After the payment is made, they are least bothered. The customer care executives at the call center will connect your call to an automated VRS and that keeps telling you about the stupid Hathway connection.
When I shifted to a new location, they asked me to make quarterly payments and the shifting charges. After I made the payment, they said that they don’t provide the services at the place where I shifted. And they did not refund the money, saying once the account is active, they cannot refund the amount.
Overall, the internet works fine only for a few days initially. They will follow up and are reachable only at the time of renewals and you cannot talk to anyone after you renew the account.
Now, every day I receive at least 15 calls, even though they are not providing services at my place, they want me to pay the renewal amount. And I get at least 15 calls per day, and even after telling them all these things, I get another call within 5 minutes asking for the renewal.
These people are morons, idiots, and money diggers, I am fed up with their calls. Please refer to me, where I should complain about this harassment.
As I get continuous calls, I asked them when they will return my money, that idiot is asking me why did I take the internet connection from Hathway.
This is the type of response we get from them. So I suggest no one to go with Hathway internet.
I petty them as all the people are mentally ill, and I petty them.
More over I did not want to give them atleast one start. Unfortunately, I cannot do that.
