It’s been about a year that I have been requesting them to cancel my Hathway connection in Bangalore, but they never listen. Everyday they keep calling and inform about their new plans and keep telling me to recharge my subscription. But they never once registered my request to cancel the connection. Hathway Customer Service is the worst! It seems like their Customer Service team either do not have ears or they just don’t want to listen to you. Worst experience ever!
