I recently got Hathway internet connection in my home as the previous company was also not good enough. I paid a hefty amount for a good internet speed.
First week the internet connection was just ok although I was not so happy.
The internet speed started to suck from the second week, the connection would time out anytime. I had an important skype interview which I could not attend properly and got a bad impression. It is a very unreliable connection. The speed is not good even at night.
Their customer care is pathetic, I have to keep waiting over the call for 15-20 minutes and then it gets disconnected.
Dont go for this brand connection.
