I have an issue with Hathway broadband and am trying to get it resolved since 4th Decmber. I have called the customer service center 2 times a day till now every day and have also spoken to the nodal officers number given on their sight.
My Issue was that I upgraded from a Speedway 512 Kbps Plan to Speedway1 Mbps Plan. on the 4th of December Paying 2405 rs.
According to the Plan the speed should be 1 Mbps in the morning between 9 am to 12 midnight and 3 Mbps from 12 midnight to 9 am, same as in 512 kbps, I used to get 2.5 Mbps at night and 512 kbps in the morning.
I have maid numerous complaints and have tried to get this resolved by my own. I have said that I do not get 3 Mbps speed at night which was promised.
While taking the plan as shown on the website but the customer service center just assures me that Ill get the speed by night.
They have forwarded a Mail to the concerned department and will be resolved at night, and when I do not get the 3 Mbps speed at night and call again they say that please call in the morning as the head who can make the changes are only the morning.
The Plan showing on My account is Ultra 1 Mbps and not Speedway 1 Mbps. and still they are not changing it since 10 days. I Have spoken to the nodal officer twice and got the same result and was assured that Ill get the speed by night fall.
But did not happen and I am just fed Up and frustrated by paying more and getting less speed then I used to at night as I use My net only at night when I get back from work.
Today was the last day I have called and asked for the solution, and found that only 4 request were raised and the guy said that all were showing as resolved on the account.
When I asked him to read out the request, he said that it about speed connector issue and the plan that I mentioned was not written anywhere.
In one of them its even written as an engineer has visited and resolved the issue, and nobody has come to My home as I had a 5 days off form work due to ill health.
If you can help please do as I do not have any choice apart from contacting the Nodal officer which I have done. The Nodal officers number on their website is 9167720320, and the customer service number is 02267134600.
The complaint numbers are 11324819(request for upgrade) 11354681, 11357359, 11362385, 11377384, and nothing else was mentioned about the Plan until today in any of the requests.
I know that their system is just sh*ty, and they ask you to mail and the nodal officer also do not give any solutions.
