Hatway is very worst ISP, I have seen.
I used to work from home, I lost my job and very important project because of worst service provided by hatway.
net always goes down every day for 3-4 min.
but once it happened that net goes down for 2 days, I think its some issue within hub and will be rectified shortly, so I didn’t complain, but, after 2 days as issue haven’t been rectified shortly, so I complained, the executive told me that it will resolve in 24 hour but even after 24 hour problem haven’t rectified.
I have online appointment with my client who is living abroad, this client was going to give me 2k dollar for the task, because of my ofline availablity, he was unavailable to contact me. thats why I lost my project.
hathway online provide pre-paid connection, after they take money, they stop giving you response what I have felt.
I request you if you lives in metro city in india, than don’t choose hathway there are many other isp.
I have unsatisied with hathway, I know many other people also faces the same problem.
