Hathway broadband is really worst service provider.
I am basically from pune and I have been using hathway connection since 1 year. Its speed is too much slow they told us You receive 2 mbps speed but its only 1 mbps.
1.Impossible to connect to customer service agents.
2.No reply for the requets raised through email/calls.
3.No area maintainance.
4.They getting too much many from customer.
If you want to browse happily my sincere suggestion is to not to have Hathway. Even if u dont have any other service near by u, then please go through bsnl its nice for a hour.
