From a year I have been requesting Hathway to collect my router so that I can get my deposit money of 1, 100 rupees back. Since the time I withdrew from your broadband service, after almost a year, after me personally following up with Hathway to collect the router, 2 and a half months back a person came to collect the router. Your customer service said that I would receive my deposit amount after 45 days.
After 2 months(60 days) I have contacted your customer service(on 28th Apr. 2017) to find out the reason for the delay. The customer service always takes a complaint fresh and tells to wait for 24 hours to get back to us–but quiet honestly they have ‘never’ call back after they say that(including today 20th May 2017). I’m not speculating all this but I speak with a year of experience on how Hathway Hyderabad operates.
Last week I had an intense argument with the customer service team and billing department. To my knowledge, I believe that they were lying because they give silly reasons that they have missed the receiver’s name, “could you tell us now’, they have also lied saying that they have been calling the registered number but when I put my sister on the conference call it was clearly proved that they lied.
The person I spoke to was a person named Rajesh from the billing team and he had said that they have unclosed accounts/refunds as old as 6 months and a year–as if it is a degree of achievement for Hathway. The same person also said that I would receive my cheque by this week(after the heated argument), but it never happened.
PS, for all the pain that Hathway Hyderabad is causing me is worth to take it to a criminal court as an act of crime and injustice because they have taken the router and never returned my deposit money. If I had never called Hathway they would have never enquired about my cheque. What’s the point of having a high profile celeb brand your company when you can’t give a solution to your customers.
Note: I had wasted around 1, 000 rupees just to speak to Hathway and your teams for putting me on hold until the call disconnects for an amount that’s equivalent to my deposit money. I hope that you understand the great inconvenience caused by Hathway and your teams.
