I had a connection of Hathway internet at my home, with the plan of 8 mbps for 25 gb then 1mbps, which cost me about 2800 for 3 months.
At the speed of 8mbps I should get a download speed of 1mbps, but I would hardly get the speed of 300kbps.
I had complaint about this issue to the service center but no help was provided all I wasted is my mobile balance. It’s not only the speed is bad, when their sever goes down the internet doesn’t work for 3 to 4 days and sometimes for about a week. So my experience with hathway internet service provider is very bad, and I refer not to take hathway internet.
