From Last 1 week I have not got internet and Hathway people have disconnected internet saying bill not paid. I had already paid the Bill for first 3 months on 31 march. I have called call center 5 to 6 times a day and they say it will be activated in 2 hrs, 1 day and so on, but still not done.
The call center people are not ready to give the number of their manager also. My account number is 1264985 and bill number is 28143. If hathway manager is watching please give proper service. People, never buy Hathway internet, it sucks big time. I am giving 1 star because negative rating is not allowed.
