Hathway is a commonly used brodband but gives too much poor service. I am also using hathway set - top box at my home and it is creating much of problems. The biggest problem of hathway is, 6 hours a day it shows Technical problem written in it. I am getting too much disturb of it. Please fix these problems. This is about the technical problem but the quality of the video or the programme shown in the channels are also not so good. So, please fix those problems.
