I came across many negative reviews for hathway in mouthshut, but as far as my experience goes it’s the best internet provider in Chennai. I reside in Anna Nagar and I’ve used almost 4 to 5 internet providers in two years. We are using hathway network for about 4 months now. Till now we’ve never faced any kind of difficulty, the internet speed never fluctuated, we never got disconnected except for once. So far a very good experience.
Regarding customer service it was one of the best, I’ve used ACT fibrenet the one thing I hated about them was their customer care. But here they responded immediately, we got disconnected only once in the past 4 months and that too was during the heavy rains in November. The issue was resolved within 2 hours. The same thing in ACT would take weeks of calling and emails.
It’s been only 4 months, It’s so far so good and I hope this continues. Regarding speed you get what was promised. I really don’t know about other places because almost all the negatives where from other cities, that’s I say this is the best in CHENNAI. Others do your own research.
