I am not at all happy with the service that I have been receiving from Hathway internet. First, my internet was not working for almost 10 days. It took Hathway 10 days to send someone to physically check my what is wrong.
After that, it was found that the LAN cable provided by Hathway was damaged, which has still not been replaced by Hathway, and it has been over a month now!
Also, I have taken the 2Mbps plan but I never get the speed according to the plan. Unfortunately, I had paid for 6 months and now Hathway is refusing to pay me back.
