Sine the day I started I using hathway( 1 month now) I made 7 or 8 requests for the low connection speed. . All the time some IDIOTS will close the ticket from back-end with out informing me . They are simply useless guys! You wil never get even 30% of the plan speed . And if you call the customer care, some lady will pick up the call and will tell that it will be resolved in 48 hours and that will be end of the story . After 1 week if u call them again, they will tell that the issue is already resolved.
They are simply pathetic! I wasted my money . PLEASE DONT GO WITH THEM.
