I regret the day when I switched to hathway broadband services due to their interesting and nominal costing plans . It was about 5-6 months back, I bought the hathway connection for rupees 1000 per month and I paid them 3000 for 3 months as said the plan and I tested the services for one whole month, but never they provided me with interent and whenever they did, there was no speed so acter complaining so many times and getting tired of it, I decided to remove my connection and I am calling them since november 2016 to give my money back now as you give no signals in this area, I have written them mails, called on every possible number I could and they always tell me to send my reciept and all but never try to help me and refund my money . Infact their executive who came at my place to connect the router and connection, no more picks my call or just disconnect my call . I am sick and tired of hathway and would not recommend you to go for this broadband serviceS.
