After my last review, I decided to Google the top management on Hathway. As expected, I got what I was looking for. I found the email of Mr. Jayant Changarani, who is GM Operations in Hathway :).
So I wrote to him and guess what today I got a call from the same person who had earlier refused to give a full refund. I had used hathway for 12 days so they wanted to deduct the money. Today this person was sounding very polite and helpful Sorry I cannot name the person for obvious reasons. But I can give u Mr. Jayant’s email so that you can write to him, he surely will do the needful.
