Hii guys, the Hathway Broadband has very big network and speed of internet is also good but the problem is customer service it has very bad customer service which unsatisfies the customer with there answer or reasons. Sometimes they take too much time to recieve the call so the customer gets angry.
The charges and billing is too much as compare to other broadband networks. The charges on plans are high.
So please improve your customer service and make some good plans for customers for getting them satisfied
