The claim was that they provide 50 MBPS speed, which I did not expect even when I got the connection installed. But 8 Mbps instead of 50 mbps was just unacceptable.
However, reaching the biggest hurdle was in fact reaching their customer care center. After making hundreds of unanswered but charged calls, I finally decided to tweet them. They did the customary automated reply asking for my contact details/account number and stuff.
Well their customer service duties end there! No call or no message from their side. Its 2 weeks and counting! I am just surprised how tagging the dignitaries from their company has not worked as well. Looks like they have the company set up simply to annoy the public.
This was the worst customer service I ever received from any company! I guess I need to discontinue my connection soon.
