They offer you fake plans and promises they are negligent and dont want any customers all they need is fame and money
They offer you with high speed mbps at low cost and they promise you that the you will get the connection next day and ther will be no connection on the next day they offer you with the fake principles, and they wont lift the calls that is the major mistake of their company, all they do is scam and make people trust and fool around them, when you are appealing a long commitment with hathway be careful dont believe them until they promise you in ecah and every aggrement you make, its our money, we cant make them easily fool us and take away the money.
They will raise a complaint and confirms that their team will get back on this and it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours but there would be no progress left first they activated wrong plan by offering with high internet speed with low cost they taught it would be an easg way to make belive people and obtain fame however it wont work until their fortune gets changed so the significant reason is they should make thier company and staff to be indeed and not offer and invest with peolpe in big deals, hope you all get it
