I was using hathway for some months in Bangalore.
I am currently not in Bangalore due to a personal matter, hence I choose not to renew the plan.
And also I could not return the modem back to them. It was never mentioned and I was unware that the modem needs to be returned.
From this point on, everything changed. At first, they called me every hour to ask if I wanted to renew the package. They’ve been pestering me for a month, and now they’re threatening to file a lawsuit if I don’t return the gadget.
Actually, I don’t use this modem, but you are welcome to take it whenever you choose.
