Hathway...Never use even if they pay you to use it. Yes that’s the nature of my experience with them. I opted for Hathway at a time when it was the only provider in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. My wife runs a career consultancy SOHO due to which we need an always on connection. The initial days were relatively OK but then the problems started.
Mostly they are the ones related to customer service, connection quality, outages that I need not elaborate any more...you would know enough if you read other posts. These people simply cannot deliver even 10% of what they promise. Customer service is non-existent. I learnt from a reliable source that they operate their hyderabad call center from one desk in some office in the city. no wonder they have to give answers like, "It will be Ok in 20 mins", "We are working on it" and many more.
