I am using Hathway broadband in Mumbai city since last 4 years and have hardly faced any problems. it works very well all time of the day and night.
I get download speed exactly what they promised. currently I am using a quarterly 512kbps unlimited plan with FUB 10GB every month after which the speed is reduced to 50% costing about 1700rs prepaid.
