Hathway is not a good internet service provider, i activated high speed unlimited plan.internet is very slow after 10 days even youtube video is not able to stream.about service and support, the technicians are not at all feeling responsible when a problem occurs.they reacted after 3 days of request very bad.when we talk to call center executives for plan details one executive says 499 plan is available another executive says it is not available.they are not treating all people equally.routers quality is very bad internet doesn’t connect to my laptop, i used cable.worst experience.
