I worked for 2yrs and just ran away from this tea shop. You will find frustrated employees directly sending emails to Vineeth Nayyar about the managers. Even after that no action is seen.it so demotivating to see ppl struggling infront of us due to politics. You can find dumbs who stays in dis company not because dey love the job but they don have another options since they joined with fake experience certificates.
For me I have seen a full circle of dumbs rt from my manager to group project manager to bu head to hr till ehs guys who don know what to do after a employee resigns.its a pathetic company with full of low lifes. I’ll suggest ppl with any kind of ambitions not to join here since hcl only knows to ruin it.only ppl with mental strength to handle situations of politics can join here. I have seen lots of guys who is became mentally sick after working in this company.
But don worry.you wont find a similar work culture in any other organization.try to get into tcs or Infosys.true software companies with legacy.nd professional HR’s and professional employees.HCL is B grade software company.guys don waste time in dat company.u ll never find enjoyment in life if ur wrkng in dat company.juz fuuuccck ur managers nd move out asap.all the best
