but don worry....you wont find a similar work culture in any other organization....try to get into tcs or Infosys....true software companies with legacy.....nd professional hr's....nd professional employees....HCL is B grade software company...guys don waste time in dat company.....u ll never find e read more...
sorry for wat u hav gone through....I also felt in the same way as u feel when I was wrking n this bullshit company....I still remember two morons G.V.DESIGAN and UMASAMBHANDHAN....both low grade employees....who don know wat dey are supposed to do....funny part of the lady mentioned above is she ne read more...
